Indicators Report

The indicators report provides the most commonly used performance indicators for microfinance institutions. It displays details of performance of various loan/client categories, funds and other monitoring parameters. 

It is therefore the ultimate measure of Institutional Quality for your organisation.

How to view the indicators report

To view the indicators report you go to Loans->Portfolio Reports->Analysis Reports->Indicators Reports. You will get a screen that looks as follows:

Select any other required additional options or use the default selections. For additional information on these options you can refer to Portfolio Report Formats.

Click on the OK button to view the report which will look similar to the following:

Quantitative repayment rate refers to the total repayments received in a given period divided by the total loan amount due in the same period.
  Quantitative Repayment rate = Total repayments received / Total loan amount due

Qualitative repayment rate refers to the total repayments received in a given period minus the total prepayment received in the same period divided by the total loan amount due in the that period.
         Qualitative repayment rate = Total repayments received less prepayments/ Total loan amount due

Close the report to exit.
